Terms and Contitions
BOOKING
Bookings can be made either online by submitting the online form in the site or by phone. Bookings within 48 hours can be made only by phone. In case of your online request for booking, you will have to get a booking confirmation by the website www.f-rent.gr.
All bookings are made by Car Categories and NOT for specific car models.
AGE
The driver has to have fulfilled the 23rd year for Categories B, BC, C, CD and D and the 25th year for Categories E, EF and F. Also he/she should not be above 70 years old.
Drivers between 21 - 23 years old can rent Category B and C with premium car insurance.
DRIVING LICENCE
The driver needs to own a driving licence for more than one year. The driving licence needs to have been issued from a European Union country. In case of a third country the driver needs to own an International Driving licence which needs to be accompanied with his/her country driving licence.
The driving licence, Passport or Identification Card need to be original. Photocopies and Faxes are not accepted.
FUEL POLICY
The vehicle should to be returned with the same amount of fuels it was received. Otherwise the client will be charged for refuelling. There cannot be any refund for fuels that have not been consumed.
COLLECTING AND RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
Cars can be collected or returned free of charge at the headquarters of the company at Macedonian airport daily from 07:00 to 21:00.
For either collecting or returning your car out of hours there is an extra charge of 20€.
In case of both collecting and returning your car out of the mentioned hours the total extra charge is 30€.
Collecting or returning your vehicle at another destination, if possible, is charged upon agreement.
WAY OF PAYMENT
Payment is made at the beginning of the car rental by cash or credit card. In case of extension of the rental period the payment is made upon agreement.
KILOMETER CHARGING
Kilometres in bookings of more than 10 days is free of charge. For bookings up to 10 days the free of charge kilometres are 150 kilometres per day. The extra kilometres are charged from 0,10€/km to 0,12€/km. The monthly limit of free kilometres are 2500km.
EXTRA DRIVER
There is no charge for extra driver.
BABY SEAT
They are available only after reservation.
The first baby seat is charged 2€/day. There is a maximum charge of 30€. For safety reasons the baby seats are tied in the seats by their parents.
SNOW CHAINS
They are available only after reservation.
The snow chains are provided free of charge. The are charged only in case they are used. The possible amount of payment is between 15€ to 30€ depending on the tire size.
GPS
It is provided only after reservation.
The GPS charge is 3€ per day with a minimum charge of 10€ and a maximum charge of 70€.
TAKING YOUR VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY
It is prohibited to take the vehicle outside the borders.
CAR TRANSPORT WITH SHIP
It is allowed only with prior written approval. There is no insurance that covers any damage that is caused to the rented car either during the ship transportation or during the stay at the port.
TRAFFIC FINES
Any fines or any other consequences of traffic violations are entirely and exclusively burdened by the renter who is obliged to pay them to the corresponding services.
DAMAGES - ACCIDENTS
In case of damage or accident the renter is obliged to immediately inform the Company and the Accident Care INTERSALONICA otherwise no damage is recognised and it burdens the renter entirely even if the renter has chosen the full insurance coverage. The replacement of the car is made at the company headquarters within 48 hours for the period from 15/09 to 14/06 and 72 hours for the period 15/06 to 14/09

INSURANCE
1. COMBINED INSURANCE WITH PARTIAL DAMAGE LIABILITY
Participation in the event of an accident is:
600€ for Car Category B
700€ for Car Category C
800€ for Car Category D
900€ for Car Category E
As a guarantee insurance for the above participation a credit card with the drivers name is needed OR 200€ for Car Categories B and C, 300€ for Car Category D and 500€ for Car Categories E and F
Debit, prepaid and MAESTRO card are not accepted.
2. COMBINED INSURANCE WITHOUT PARTICIPATION (FDW)
The renter is exempt from the above participation, to repair car damage, if at the beginning of the rental he/she chooses FDW insurance (without participation)
The renter may choose additional insurance for glasses and wheels with extra charges per day:
4€ for Car Categories Β ,C, D
5€ for Car Categories Ε
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE (EXTRA FDW)
The charge for FDW insurance/ without participation per day is:
4€ for Car Categories Β
4€ for Car Categories C
6€ for Car Categories D
7€ for Car Categories E
For Car Rentals from 1 to 5 days the Combined Insurance is 50€

to a driver that is not mentioned in the rental contract
to a driver that is drunk
